I need urgent a low cost (for personal use) 2-way SMS Gateway capable of sending and receiving international SMS.
It must be a dedicated virtual number in UK, fixed number (always the same).

Format: 2 digits country code + 10 digits phone number.

Is it possible?

Anyone could recommend me a service for this?
Important: it is for personal use, not much traffic, so i need the cheapest solution/provider available.
